I’ve used Tate’s Flowers for years with no problems. Mary Tate is always kind and willing to help with suggestions. However, the week of Valentines Day, I needed to order an arrangement for a funeral service in Tulsa and made the now regrettable decision to go to Tate’s to give them my business. Unfortunately, when I was asked by a lady working there if she could help me, when I told her I needed to order a funeral arrangement for a service on Valentine’s Day, she acted like I was trying to commit a crime! Nobody chose that time for my family member to pass away! The lady basically told me they couldn’t guarantee delivery because it was Valentines day. They just couldn’t handle it. She claimed to be trying to contact a florist or two in Tulsa and said nobody was answering their phone. So I left the shop with no flower order. As soon as I got home, I called the first number on the list of Tulsa florists that she gave me. They answered the phone immediately and handled the sale with grace, kindness, and professionalism. They never hesitated or mentioned that there might be a problem since it was Valentine’s Day. They suggested that I have the arrangement delivered to the funeral home

I have used Tate’s Flower and Gift Shop many times over the years. I have family member in their area but I am out of town. They came highly recommended by a local person. They have done amazing arrangements every time. And again did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife while she was visiting her mother, the flowers were beautifully arranged and she said they filled the whole house with the smell of lily's. The delivery was quick and she got them early in the day, which I was happy to hear considering I had only just placed the order the day before, I am so appreciative of their being available to surprise her with flowers for our anniversary! I also got updates on delivery through text which I thought was a great feature. I would highly recommend for your flower needs.
